EQUIPMENT NEWS Florida, with its alluring settings and atmosphere, enjoyed a rush of productions this season.  Chapman Studios and Production Center has provided many commercial and film shoots with its renown camera support equipment.   Many independent feature film producers are finding Florida a refreshing setting for their productions.  Equipment, such as, the TITAN II, LENNY ARM II, HY HYŽ and HYBRID II have provided productions such as "THE BREAK", an independent feature film, produced by Vince and James Van Patten, and starring Martin Sheen and "TRUE LIES ", directed and produced by Jim Cameron, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jamie Lee Curtis and Tom Arnold, with top maintained, high quality equipment from Chapmans' Orlando Center. THE SPOTLIGHT IS ON CHAMPAN'S STAGE & CYC Many big stars such as Arnold Palmer, Tim Allen, Doc Sevrenson, Shaquille O'Neil, and Ed McMahon have used the Chapman stage and the productions have had positive results. Chapman has been the site for Star Search Model segment, Shaquille O'Neil's interview and still shoot with Playboy, Grand Floridian and Skip It Sonic Slammers Commercial spots and Arnold Palmer's National Bank spot. The stage has hosted various parties and events as well. Our stage incorporates a 50' x 60' hard CYC with 26' of height. Some productions have used the CYC background, while others have chosen to build sets on the stage (one production incorporated 5 different sets upon the stage) The Chapman Cyc allows versatility and room to work within.
