New LenCin®: Pedestal of Choice for CBS Sitcom

Burbank, CA--Ken Miller, General Manager, for SJC Video, along with Tom Johnson and Larry Canini, Co-Presidents of SJC Video, have chosen Chapman / Leonard's new LenCin® Pedestals to be a part of their new equipment package for the CBS sitcom, "Meego".  The half hour sitcom is currently being taped at Warner Brothers Studios in Burbank and is produced by Miller Boyett Warren. "Meego", which stars Bronson Pinchot and Jonathon Lipnicki, airs Fridays on CBS.

SJC Video specializes in supplying television sitcom productions with equipment ranging from Broadcasting Trucks to Pedestals.  SJC began in the early eighties with the Award Winning Sitcom, "Family Ties", and has grown ever since, supplying all the major studios with television production equipment.  "We are very enthusiastic about the design and function ability of these peds. We are eager to bring the LenCins out into a market place that needs a pedestal with the LenCins capabilities", explained Ken Miller from SJC.

Chapman / Leonard's new LenCin® Pedestal

The LenCin® Pedestal, which was introduced at this year's NAB, has already received rave reviews by the camera operators who have tried it.   Chapman began production on more new units that are in the process of coming off the assembly line in early September.

The LenCin is a triangular based pedestal with a low mounting height of 16.75" and features the same 4 stage telescoping column as is mounted on the Pedolly® Pedestal chassis.  In addition, the LenCin features the removable column.  This feature allows the column to separate from the chassis base, enabling easy storage and transportation of the unit.  Please contact one of our offices for more information regarding this or any of our products.  We will be happy to give you a demonstration on any of our equipment.

We are proud to be showing the LenCin Pedestal at the 1997 ShowBiz Expo East, Booth #311.   Contact our office for more details.
