Lenny Arm Plus from Chapman/Leonard is available now with holes. Lighter and slimmer, like its sister arm, the Lenny II Plus, the Lenny Plus remains ideal for most production needs. This arm has a variety of lengths....from 4' 3" of reach, building out in increments of 4' up to a maximum reach (MR) of 34'. The Lenny Plus comes with holes to reduce wind resistance. Attachments, such as cables and a variety of buckets, add flexibility as well as stability. The Lenny Plus has a trim cross section that measures less than 12" square, and can expand to a maximum height (MH) of 33 feet. The Lenny Plus is sturdy and can hold a man and your choice of turret at heights reaching 19.5 feet. Check our specifications book for payload rates. All in all, this arm is the one of choice when production calls for either manned or remote applications.

Lenny Arm II

Lenny Arm II is a perfect unit for most production needs. Accessories, such as cables and a variety of buckets, add remarkable versatility. This unit's sleek cross section measures less than 12" square, yet provides ample strength to attain a maximum lens height of 37 feet. As with the Lenny Plus, the Lenny Arm II can be built up with 4' aluminum sections that weigh a mere 49 pounds each. This arm exhibits all the properties of thoughtful engineering, especially rigidity, while remaining lightweight.

The Lenny Arm II is ideal for either manned or remote applications. This unit can reach heights of up to 19 feet with a reach of 17' while in manned configurations (config. 25). Remote setup is frequently used as well. The Lenny Arm II was designed with the goal of building an arm to meet diverse shooting demands.

Three, four and five wide (for weights) buckets multiply choices for assembly. With both balance weight, bucket size and balance arm length as variables, the crew can rig the arm to get unrestricted camera positioning. The Lenny Arm II can be assembled to greater lengths and payloads than the Lenny Plus.

Lenny Arm II Plus

Lenny II Plus, a variant of the popular Lenny Arm II, incorporates added hand rails on the front and rear sections of the arm. Moreover, these hand rails allow more payload capacity, while enabling maximum reach (MR) of 38' on the unit.

Performance is significantly enhanced. The arm has gained rigidity because of the patented reinforcement, as well as great ease in handing the arm with the hand rails. Like the Lenny Plus and Lenny Arm II, the Lenny II Plus erects in increments of 4', but has additional 2' sections as well. The Lenny II Plus is available with aerodynamic holes for quicker movements and increased stability for harsher weather conditions.

Despite an impressive reach and payload, the Lenny Arm III is easy to transport and assemble because carry handles run the full length of each 5' aluminum, 92 pound section. The handles are engineered to bolster the strength of this, the largest of Chapman / Leonard's arms.

So great is the Lenny Arm III's strength, it can support a two man platform (550 lb. payload) rigged to 35 feet.

Used in conjunction with the ATB base, this unit satisfies a need for remote applications requiring a maximum reach (MR) of 50' and maximum elevation (MH) of 43'.

Another outstanding feature of this model is a built-in leveling control rod. It is just one of the functional elements that comprise a sophisticated shooting platform, praised throughout the industry for smoothness and easy use.
